A short history of the development of the car manufacturer Nissan
The Japanese Yokohama-based company was founded in 1911 by the mechanical engineer Masujiro Hashimoto under the original name of Kaishinsha Motorcar Works. The first car was introduced in 1914 under the name of DAT, in 1930 another car followed, the Datson 10 model. The name was then changed to Datsun, and in 1934 the company was renamed the Nissan Motor Co. In the 1950s, Nissan started cooperation with the English car manufacturer Austin and produced the models A-40 and A-50 in license. During this time the Datsun brand name was continued, and the 1969 featured sports car, the Datsun Z, was a worldwide success. The Datsun brand name was abandoned in favour of Nissan as exclusive brand name in 1981. Nissan’s first cars sold in Germany were the Sunny, Cherry and Bluebird models. The successor of the Sunny was the 1995 Nissan Almera, which was produced until 2006. In the mid-size car segment the Nissan Primera was the successor of the Bluebird and was produced until 2007. A successful current SUV model is the Nissan Qashqai which has been manufactured since 2006. A corporate alliance with Renault has been in place since 1999, and a strategic partnership with Daimler AG was agreed on in 2010.
When should you buy Nissan spare parts?
Even with regular maintenance various parts of the vehicle can wear or age and eventually will need to be replaced to guarantee the optimal function and safety of the car. In addition to the typical wear and tear parts such as brake and clutch linings, spark plugs, belts or tires, sometimes body parts are required after an accident or due to corrosion damage. In the long run the exhaust system and components of the motor cooling will also need to be replaced due to corrosion and aging.
